Venezuelan roots, Spanish technique, New York street energy — rice first, always.

About
Rice first. Everything else follows.
Eduardo Cuenca is a culinary entrepreneur of Venezuelan descent with Spanish roots, based in New York. He founded Arroces NYC to bring authentic paellas and traditional Spanish dishes to the city with an urban, modern pulse.
Through Arroces, he puts Mediterranean flavors on the street — blending tradition and invention so food lovers get restaurant-level rice in public, social spaces.
Bomba rice, sofrito, stock, fire, timing, and texture sit at the center. Music, drinks, and people give each pop-up its charge. Serious rice. Party energy.
Roots
Venezuelan family history and Spanish technique, carried into New York.
